RETURN POLICY

At Resilience Tee, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.

Customers may request a return or exchange within 5 days after the product has been delivered. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests after 5 days from the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

* The item must be unused and in its original condition.

* The product must not be damaged, washed, or altered.

* Proof of purchase or order confirmation may be required.

Because many of our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for:

* Incorrect size selections made by the customer

* Change of mind

* Minor color differences caused by screen displays

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.
